send it back, flashing light is a power supply board problem, comes to light in all models except most recent z2 models.
return and it should be fixed by compamy foc .
The best thing to do is to contact the manufacturers. From this i understood that your speaker system is new. You surely have the manufacturer's guarantee. So its better to contact them than to get it repaired or replaced for free. Sir please do not try to open the sub as it will void the guarantee policy.
Hope your subs come into play as soon as possible....... All the best...
sorry for the late reply. im using windows. im quite sure that there's no virus involved with the distortion of my sound. this is what happened.
1. im surfing the net while listening to music(full volume) 2.)then suddenly the sound gets a bit distorted(jumps, skips) 3.)then everything hangs up which forced me to reboot 4.)the windows loading screen became too long(like 5mins) before it takes me to the main desktop(start up programs loads like 48 years also). 5.)when i play music ,the sound is very much(like alien,"rrrrrrr")
i tried reinstalling the drivers but nothing was fixed. i've even tried Regcure.
i just formatted my notebook and voila its back to normal. i dunno but i think playing loud music using laptop, or in my case notebook speakers would cause this problem. im using external speakers now and i've got no problems. i just hope that there would be a fix to this problem so that i wont have to reformat if the problem occurs again
it is probably the rca inputs on the amp may have fried. was your cd decked turned up loudly before the power went out? did any wires accidently touch each other? If had worked fine and then suddenly stopped, than either a wire came loose or the inputs fried. try using different cables and I also suggest disconnecting power for 24 hours and then reconnect. If the green light is on then it is getting power and the problem is in the rca cables or the inputs
I've had my speakers for about a year now and all of a sudden they just stopped playing music/sound. I can still hear that 'fuzz' if I put either speaker up to my ear. Everything lights up properly but nothing is being played.
