My Fisher & Paykel MW511 will not drain once it finishes its wash cycle. is there a solution?
I just did this with a F&P GW612. There was a darning needle stuck in the drain motor pump stopping the propeller from spinning around. I fixed it for my mum by watching a couple of You Tube videos. Easy job to do. Took me about 1.5 hours including drawing out the water from the drum with a bucket & jug first. Lay the machine on a soft mat, remove the motor pump from underneath, clean it out. You could find a coin, cloth, rubber band etc. Put it back together & test if it's pumping out water at the rince cycle by doing a low water wash cycle.
Check out the DRAIN MOTOR PUMP , its a small motor with 2 hoses connected to it , it could be clogged , need to remove it , inspect inside the impellers for any debri , clean it , re install and try again , hope this helpful AJ

My washer beeped in the draind cycle and noe won't empty.
I kep trying to restart it but it won't do anything in the spin cycle. RIght now its full of water we took the clothes out. I am trying to get my children ready for camp and need the washer..help
