Hello,
There's a manual for the M1001GBUS player on this internet page:
http://audiovox2.info/docs/common/M1001GBUS/M1001GBUS_OM.pdf
How to delete songs on the player itself, see page 11 [ page 25 of the pdf file].
When connecting with the provide USB cable:
You should be able to delete songs exploring the player as a removable disk.
Having Windows Media Player version 10 or higher, when the player shows up connected in that software, you should also be able to delete music.
I would not advise the MusicMatch Jukebox software: no support for this software anymore.

Can't delete songs

You can only delete files when the jet is connected to a computer. Connect the usb cable, then browse to the Media folder and delete any unwanted songs.

Deleted files

Audio files are songs. I hope you don't mean system files. If you deleted system files or folders, go to RCA's website and get the firmware upgrade - hopefully it will add those files back.

Opal rca mp3 m4002a TROUBLE!

Disable the auto-sync option in Windows Media Player, and then delete the songs again from Windows Media Player. If auto-sync is not disabled, then those songs will never go away.

RCA H100

Hell 69HaVoK69,

The easiest way to delete a song from your RCA H100 MP3 player is to connect the unit to your computer and then navigate to the player using Windows Explorer. Locate the song(s) you wish to delete on the player, click on the song to highlight it and then press the Delete key on your keyboard or right click on the file and chose delete from the menu.

You can download the full user's manual for this MP3 player from the RCA website by following this link: http://support.rcaaudiovideo.com/Downloads.ashx?prodid=98&mediaid=572&force=true&file=products/H100/media/H100_UMEN.pdf.

RCA M202A

I found the best way to delete your mp3; go to start..find you device in "my computor" it will be a generic drive. right click and go to "format" click and it will prompt you to delete "playlist".."audio" or "music". However it will erase everything on your mp3 and allow new downloads. if you want to save some files; Plug mp3 in usb port..you will get prompt to define which system to play files. I use realplayer. scroll down until you can select "rca (G)" click "view" your mp3 will load and display all songs..you can then select and delete any or all, right click and choose option. To load; choose burn/transfer scrool down on the leftside to rca (G) and you can choose from you music menu ( I suggest making a playlist first to indentfy what songs you prefer, you can always add more from all music menu. add any files that you like until full. depending on song generally about 50 to 65 son on the 512 model. Do not worry about too many songs.. NO harm....they just won't fit.... I hope this help anyone with this problem
