Samsung E2100B Unlocking Instructions

Warning : Do not enter any wrong unlock codes on your Samsung E2100B mobile phones. If you enter over a certain amount of wrong unlock codes on your Samsung E2100B mobile phone, your phone may get hard locked and sometimes become unusable.
Method 1:

1 - Switch ON your Samsung E2100B with a NOT ACCEPTED SIM Card.
2 - Samsung E2100B will ask for "Password".
3 - Enter the Unlock Code.

OR (if the Samsung E2100B shows "Insert Correct SIM Card")

Method 2:

1 - Switch ON your Samsung E2100B with a NOT ACCEPTED SIM Card.
2 - Don't bother about what's being displayed on your Samsung E2100B.
3 - Compose : #0111*CODE#.

NOT ACCEPTED: I mean, to use a sim card from a network other than the network your Samsung E2100B is locked to.
CODE: Its the unique Unlock Code for your Samsung E2100B.

If method 2 does not work, you can try method 2 again but this time without any SIM card on your Samsung E2100B.

Here is a quick fix if you forget pass words or other information. Get your self a little note book and write all your pass words and information in it and keep it in a drawer where you know where it is. If you need to change a pass word cross the old one out in the book and add the new one.
Makes for less head aches when you forget or misplace information.

The only way to retrieve your password on your mobile is by using a gsm gadget,mostly mobile service shop had this tool, codes and info will be viewed. there's no such code calculator for samsung unlike old nokia models had,but if you really want to remove the password,this is by means of hard resetting your phone.In this method,all personal data of yours will be deleted if you proceed.afterwards it will be back to default.

By doing this method, just type in *2767*3855# on your home screen, a message will comes out (eeprom resetting, wait for a minute,just something like that)and do the process,this method will take some few seconds then it will restart automatically.

Now your phone is back to original settings, password is already remove and default to 00000000. You can create another set of password if you wish. Done.

I forgot my password for my A877, HELP!
ur defalt phones codes is 12345 or 00000 u can use it
Default 4 Digit user code: 1234 or 0000
Default 6 Digit Security code: 123456 or 000000

type *#06# on your phone to get it.

try to reset the EEPROM using this code *2767*3855# if not working with this also try *2767*2878#

note: before doing this make sure you backup all your contacts to SIM, if you save your contacts to phone. And do remove SIM card when applying this code.
