The compressor is not running and .near to the service unit their is a board and in it three leds ware their .when the out door is started that leds are blinking and compressor is stop and the fan is working for a at least 30 so what do u think the problem is.

We have a Hitachi Model RAS-63CHA2 that we need to find out how old the unit is as it has broken down. Can anyone tell me when these models were first produced?
This model was produced approx 6-8 years ago a common problem is the compressor capacitor 50uf. I must of changed 50 of them by now.
