According to Sennheiser, it depends on the compatibility of the usb device driver of your bluetooth adapter in Win7 (it is NOT a BW900 problem in their opinion)
as I understand it, you have therefore to by a new adapter and see whether it works with the BW900. Take the device AND your computer to the shop and have them install and pair

Hi working for Sennheiser I can tell you the following. You have a number of options when using it with Windows 7. First of all the statement above is correct and you can use the headset direct rather than using the basestation supplied through the use of a windows 7 compatible EDR bluetooth dongle for connectivity. The headset will communicate with the dongle but you need to ensure the full functionality of the dongle is enabled installing the drivers from the disk you are provided. The easiest option is to use the base station that has been provided with the headset, it works best this way. You will need to purchase a CEDPC 01 cable and connect it via the aux port on the bottom of the base unit and then connect the two 3.5 mm audio and mic jacks to your sound card in your PC. Job done!
