According to Sennheiser, it depends on the compatibility of the usb device driver of your bluetooth adapter in Win7 (it is NOT a BW900 problem in their opinion)

as I understand it, you have therefore to by a new adapter and see whether it works with the BW900. Take the device AND your computer to the shop and have them install and pair

My Working Solution for Win 7 (64bit). Naturally SPEAKING VOICE VALUE 25

TAKE VIVANCO BLUETOOTH Dongle 2.1 + EDR with TOSHIBA Bluetooth Stack Driver software.
Pair BW900 individually (not Express-Mode) you can choose now Headset Profile (Not Mobile Phone Profile). Pair with 0000. You might have to connect BW 900 twice. It might also Work with other Bluetooth Dongle which are Based on the Toshiba Bluetooth Stack software.

Hope it works on Your pc

Hi working for Sennheiser I can tell you the following. You have a number of options when using it with Windows 7. First of all the statement above is correct and you can use the headset direct rather than using the basestation supplied through the use of a windows 7 compatible EDR bluetooth dongle for connectivity. The headset will communicate with the dongle but you need to ensure the full functionality of the dongle is enabled installing the drivers from the disk you are provided. The easiest option is to use the base station that has been provided with the headset, it works best this way. You will need to purchase a CEDPC 01 cable and connect it via the aux port on the bottom of the base unit and then connect the two 3.5 mm audio and mic jacks to your sound card in your PC. Job done! For assistance on Sennheiser call the main UK number on 01494 551 551, we are happy to help.

I have bluetooth headset MM100 but Windows 7 cannot locate drivers for it.

Hi,

This is a strange question I will explain.

The MM100 is working according the A2DP (bluetooth) protocol.

So windows 7 can not find your sennheiser drivers because there are none.

Windows 7 needs the driver for your bluetooth card. This is either integrated in your computer or you are using a USB dongle.

Through the bluetooth software within windows 7 or a alternate program provided with your bluetooth card you can look for your sennheiser. This is colled pairing.

There are thousends of methods to pair so read the manual of your computer (bluetoothcard or dongle) aswell as the MM100.

I am trying to install a Sharp AM 900 printer fax scanner on our new computer for the rescue squad but windows 7 will not recognize the driver on the disk

After reviewing the owners manual for this printer I see it is an older model. But not to worry! While most of the time I find the driver database on Windows 7 is considerable, it is sometimes lacking some of the older equipment drivers. In these rare instances, it is possible to simply explore the CD and find the installation file. It should be an EXE or MSI file, sometimes called "setup". It should have the Sharp logo for an icon also. I wish I could be more specific but the contents of each driver CD varies quite a bit.
Anyway, once you locate the location of the installation exe file, right click on it and select properties. Then select compatibility. Next, you want to select "Run this program in compatibility mode for..." and select Windows XP SP 3. You may also want to select "Run as administrator", since it will be interacting with the internal workings of your OS. See graphic below to illustrate what i am talking about.
