Sennheiser BW900 Bluetooth Headset Questions & Answers
Microphone will not register sound to Dragon 10.
I'm not sure that this will help but try turning up the mic volume in the computer's sound mixer. Have you charged the BW900's batteries? Can you adjust the mic volume knob in the base unit? Review the base and headset button descriptions in the owners manual/instructions book. Make sure you have selected the BW900 headset and NOT an office phone headset. Also check the headset to make sure you have not selected the mic mute function from the "multi switch". You can also reset the unit back to the factory default settings by re-pairing the unit, again read the manual for instructions on how to reset the system. Just some thoughts......

Have you tried to install Blue soliel.
http://www.bluesoleil.com/
I have found this software invaluable for paring up many bluetooth items that had minor niggles with windows XP and vista
Its quite easy to use and also has a few added extras over the regular Microsoft bluetooth offerings
It also allows you to add and see many additional bluetooth devices and link in many different ways.
The free version would be my first starting point
Hope this gives you the information you need

It would be very decent of you to consider the quality of our expert’s answers and judge them accordingly as you pass through FixYa.
Thank you
Is BW 900 Sennheiser compatible
according to Sennheiser, it depends on the compatibility of the usb device driver of your bluetooth adapter in Win7 (it is NOT a BW900 problem in their opinion)
as I understand it, you have therefore to by a new adapter and see whether it works with the BW900. Take the device AND your computer to the shop and have them install and pair

I have the Sennheiser HMD 280 PRO Professional
You have to wire the plug to eliminate the voltage sent by the sound card. I can't remember if it's the tip or the sleeve, so you'll have to verify with a volt meter. Use a 3 position plug to solder to the mic wires, just don't connect the wires of the mic to the one that has voltage on it
Sennheiser MM100 bluetooth not working
Yes I had the same problem.
Under some circumstances the MM100 freezes (didn't figure out when just yet).
It's a software issue inside.
Solution: open left speaker (the side with the charge connector and hence the battery).
Discharge the battery (or just short circuit for half a second) and it works again.
Sennheiser should built a reset button on these things.
