Clock control buttons need replacing.Turn off power before attemting repair.Pull out cooker,it should slide out.Remove cover panel behind clock, disconnect clock control buttons bt detaching connecting cable.Replace with new control set which sticks on.Connect white connector, replace cover, screw in at either side.Slide cooker back in.Turn on power.Oven and clock should now work.

This tutorial will show you how to check your Smeg element and how to replace your Smeg cooker element.
Here are the 3 main faults to look for in your oven or cooker that is not heating
Your oven will not work until the clock/timer has been re-set after replacing an oven element or tripping the electrical supply. Consult your Smeg manual.
If your Oven is not getting hot or heating up it could be a faulty element, if the fan in the oven is running and the thermostat light is on, this will lead us to believe that the element has gone faulty. With grills the thermostat light should come on there should be heat, if not then this could be the grill element or the thermostat.
When you turn the oven on, the household electrical supply trips on the Rcd (this is the earth trip in the fuse board sometimes called the breaker tripping) your fan oven element has gone to earth and needs replacing.
I have a Teka HA830 oven I held the buttons down but it never resets. Would like to know if its possible to change the computer board, and where can i purchase it online?..
Electric grill most often uses heater element to heat up.Maybe your heater elemen is shorted to oven body thus tripping the safety device. Check your grill system using insulation tester. If the insulation is low check the heater elemen insulation and if defective replace them.

It might be that a circuit needs to be reset. Find your circuit breaker box (usually in a garage or a closet); you should be able to see a circuit that is going in a different direction than the rest--it might even be labeled). Push that circuit switch to the opposite direction. Hopefully this will work.

When you say board I assume you mean the electronic clock/timer. This timer directly affects the oven operation. Even if the internal oven fuse is blown or the thermal overload is tripped the electronic timer and oven light will always work. If the oven light works and the electronic timer/clock does not I'd say that the timer/clock is faulty.
It is most likely that the oven heating element has failed and will need to be replaced.
This not an overly expensive part to have replaced and should be much less than the cost of buying a new oven although you would need to compare actual costs in your area.
First make sure you didn't trip a breaker. You could have power for the electronics on one side of the 220V and that is why the clock still works. Turn off the breaker and then back on even if it looks on. If it does this again you have a sever problem that will require a service call. If the breaker is tripping it could be other than the oven and if so a new one will work ok unless itsin your wiring.
If this helps you please ratre me accordingly Good luck.
