You have some bad capacitors. They are located very near and next to your vertical IC. I would guess you would have to replace maybe four of these! Thanks for asking!
Return it to the seller for a warranty claim or at least contact them to have the reapair done by callout. Warranty calls are not charged. Samsung are a very good company and have excellent service for faults. This is not a simple fix for a DIY .
Thats what happened your convergence went out, those parts can be found online for as little as 12.50 a piece. If you are good with solder its an easy fix. I found a guy on craigslist in denver who fixed it for 150 good luck
have you checked for an open resistor or shorted transistor on the blue CRT socket . Usually its a failed component on that circuit board when there is a color issue
