For many manufacturers up to 3 dead pixels are considered OK on a new display.

i may be incorrect, but i believe those lines are dead pixels, basically, they're lines of pixels (or dots) on the screen, that have become permanently one color, usually white or black

hi if your pixel is permanently brigthing you can try to press gently on the screen on the bright dot to expanse the liquid, sometimes the pixel freeze on lcd monitor.
