Hi.

This main board is a FoxConn. The socket is an AM2.

This model is not listed on manufacturer website. Download the manuals for the AM2 motherboards below, and check the connectors. They should be the same. Manual download link will be listed on page at the right hand side. Eg. See:Motherboard Manual.

MCP61PM2MA-8KRS2HV ·

Alternatively use the Acer computer model name to locate the manual on Acer Support website.

Gary,

I don't understand, are you building this board and you want to know where to put the traces???

Did you not receive an instruction manual and software and probably a CD with this new board?

While I am not familiar with this exact device, it is my experience that all connections are standard for the form factor board you have. If your new board is the same form factor as the old, you can only plug it in correctly. If it is a diffrent form factor, you can't plug most stuff, including the power, at all. The sound connector will be marked as will the HD drive activity light and other small conectors. The drives will be IDE or SATA. The floppy connector, if any will be near the IDE, if any.

While I didn't understand your question, if I failed to guess the correct answer, please ask again.

Need wire schematics for cnx-183 board

No you need a flashlight magnifing glass / open up the case and on the mother board usually on the bottom right side close to wires to the on switch will be one or mor groups of 6-8 pins with USB clearly marked under them. match them up with the plug as there is a blank if you look close.

on some mother boards there may be a connection in the middle left of the board.. bottom right is the most used.

Hi there.
Get a strong flashlight and a magnifying glass (if you have one). On the motherboard look for the front panel, it should be marked PWR and coloured green, also the plug that connects to it should be marked PWR_SW. On some boards there are no colours but the markings are the same, so a good close look.
Have a look at these pictures for an idea >>>>>>
