My nokia 3110c won't start it just show the nokia screen then it flashes white screens 3 times the it will go off

This is due to software problem so you can give your phone for service.

Possible that the software of the phone is corrupt or a possible hardware is defective.
You can remove the battery and memory card, have the card scanned for virus. replace battery after 15 minutes so that the phone is reset.
