I am missing the plastic piece that the side rail slides into. It is a track that the pin travels thru. It allows the side to lift up and down.

The window track should have a bolt at the bottom so the track can be moved away from the window to allow enough room to slip it in between the tracks.Also the door skin can be unbolted to gain access from the outside of the door which may make it easier.

take off inside panel roll down window while you hold window with hand if you look on bottom rail you will see a plastic piece that holds window on bottom rail that broken part will let your window move off bottom rail that lifts window thus it will come off track its a cheap part that you can buy and fix your window

You are all incorrect with diagnosis. And there is no button hokd calibration, stop it. Read on. So easy a caveman could do it. 1.5 hr job only removing glass.

(Inside vehicle)Remove the 4 hex screws that attach the glass to the rail guides and remove the glass panel. This will also allow for manual movement of rails. The glass is adjustable(hight only) so mind the position when removing the screws.
. Hold the glass like a pizza pan for it will slide down as u loosen each screw, remove the screws then lift upward and rest glass on roof. Removing the glass will give a good view of both guide rail and concting arms. The crunch you heard was one of the connecting arms plastic rail guide tips breaking. Picture a catamaran for a moment. The pontoons are the plastic pieces that slide fore and aft inside the rail and keep everything aligned. It will be the outside(pontoon) guide piece that failed. When that broke, a lot of play was allowed and began binding. Bless the poor folks who bought a whole new unit for nothing. I fabricated two pieces from the plugs off an older dell power supply. The plugs were the exact same length as the factory guides and even beveled ends. I only had to cut the plugs in half long ways and then install on the slider. Even the holes that are already in the plugs fit the stud (pivot stud that the pontoon slides onto) the guide. Sunroof will not vent if any of the pontoons are damaged. When venting, theses guides(pontoons) pivot upward through a slot on the top side of rail slot and rest on the rail so not to close by wind. Hope this helps. Could be that the driver is not returning to top of the cylinder. Easy test, when the gun miss fires, remove air line, with thin metal, insert thru nose and push driver up. Retest gun. If driver was down a bit then nails will not feed. Remove head and check that driver oring is making good seal, lubed, and is not too tight or bent. Also check that lower bumper is not cracked or missing pieces. Replace parts as needed. If driver was all the way up, clean rails and pusher assembly with wd40 and follow with good cleaning with air. If pusher and rails working properly, must be problem with bad batch of nails, slightly thicker or wider head not allowing nail to easily slide. Open nose latch and check that nails slide thru easily.

Unplug the seat belt warning plug, under the seat. You'll need to remove the right side seat track cover, it has 2 plastic inserts holding it down, push the little pin thru the insert. On the other side, at the end of the track, remove the black seat stop. Then at the front of the seat, on the bottom, in the center of the seat, there is a small seat track, at the front of the bracket, you will a screw and a 10mm nut. Remove them, lift up the seat lever (like you were going to move the seat up or back) and slide the seat back until the seat is out of the tracks.

open the slider 7/8 of the way open and lift the slider up and out of the track. you may have to get a helper as the slider is heavy. there might be little plastic clips in the top track of the door that need to be removed before lifting the slider out.

The check valve is what causes the pin/driver to return to top of cylinder. To check if it is in place, remove the cylinder from the gun and look for an oring/band installed on a groove. This groove should have vent holes drilled thru the cyl. Holes should be clean. Any oring or rubber band can be used here. Just tight enough to stay in place. Other things to check:
Pin/driver should fit snuglly enough to hold it's own weight in cylinder. If your gun uses a plastic ring, it may be replaced with a rubber oring. Just make sure that the piston travels freely but holds its wieght.
There should be a bumper and a washer in the lower part of the gun. The bumper should not have any cuts or missing pieces and the washer should fit snuggly around the driver blade to prevent air from leaking down thru bottom of gun. If air is leaking down thru bottom, there is less pressure to push driver up. Email if you have more questions, good luck with your repair.

It sounds like that missing pin is your problem, the trolley attached to the arm with the pin. Its hard to diagnose, but call in a Door Opener guy and he can probably fix it in a few seconds for free. Otherwise, try and find the pin or something like it to fix the arm in place and see if you can MANUALLY operate the door that way. BTW, Disconnect from power before you try and experiment.

hi i have the 700tc as well,,ok the best way to place the drawer,,,extend the 2 sliders all the way out,,there is one pin at the end of each slider and 1 hole on each side of the drawer lip which lays on the track ,,,the holes on the drawer must fall into the pins otherwise it will not close,,,so place the drawer on top of the slider ,,,what usually happens is the sliders tend to roll back into the housing of the fridge,,,so while the drawer is resting on the sliders reach under the lip of the drawer and pull each slider until the the holes of the drawer falls into the pins,,,when the drawer is seated in the pins it will close smooth,,,hope this helps
