I have a LG CU400 and I can't get the videos and photos imported into my computer with vista. Need to get them into my comuter A.S.A.P. (very important photos,I think I need to download a program for my LG CU400)
I have the LG voyager phone and I am having trouble getting the photos and video from the phone to my computer. No software found for photo transfer. I have music software and can transfer music V cast, but no transfer of photos or video. when I hard wire my phone to computer for transfer of photos, my computer shows no files and my storage card in phone shows empty on my computer.. I can see a lot of photos on card when veiwing on phone..How do i get my photos and videos off the phone to the my computer, the pix and videos are stacking up on storage card..?
Can anyone help??
You need to go to your menu bar
go over to settings and tools
go down to memory click on phone memory
down to my pictures
click options
move
mark all
and click done
and they should all move to your memory card.

Found out how. From the manual (but only found this after searching the online manual):
Using the Internal Keypad
1. Open the flip and press the OK
Key [MENU].
2. Press the Navigation Key to
scroll to the Settings & Tools
menu and press the OK Key .
3. Press Tools.
4. Press USB Mass Storage.
USB Mass Storage will allow you to see what's on the phone. Unfortunately it still won't let me see my pictures, but I think I have a fault in my phone as it won't let me do anything with my pictures and won't let me take a picture to my memory card, but has no problem downloading music to the card. Card still has plenty of memory.
Actually, you go to pictures hit manage pics and select the ones you want and then hit options, move to SD card (if u have one ) and do that then go to settings, tools and go down to USB mass storage and then go to computer and hit "removable disk" and then you can move pictures, videos etc there. Im the only one that actually found out the solution and im 16.. your welcome (:

Try downloadin a program called picasa (go to google pack) it worked for me.

Go to the photo in my cell phone's My Pictures
Select the photo
Select Options
Select Send Select To Online Album
The pictures are stored at www.vzwpix.com...you may have to set up an account there first, but it is very simple and FREE.
I have an lg shine and am able to get my videos moved onto a card and then into the computer. but the comp says the player is unable to support the file, or unable to support the codec that compressed the file. What do i do ? Thanks foa any help.

Well, I think Vibosoft Android Mobile Manager works very well, I often use it transfer my LG phone photos to computer. If you bought the SD card from Verizon then you should have another card where you insert the card into the regular sized and it works that way. Good luck!!

Hi, I have the same problem. New LG Voyager with pictures on it that I want to put on my computer NOT the memory chip. Have the USB connector and it works for VCast music uploads to my phone (have not tried it the other way), but not for pictures. Can see the MUSIC when I open Windows Explorer and mobile device, but no pictures and they are definitely on the phone. I AM using Vista (no choice) so not sure if that is the problem. Any thoughts? Also, won't let me move the pictures to the card - and there is room.
