It's should be a simple remove and replace. Just make sure the engine is off. Also do not touch any of the filament wires on the sensor, just the plastic housing. Also after you install it drive the car for a little while (city speeds, cruising speeds and inbetween). That way the computer will be able to readjust its setting since it is a new sensor.

The ck engine light should not be ignored, what sensor was shown to be bad ? Have it scanned again and replace the sensor that is bad if it still runs rough you might want to consider a tune up. Plugs, wires, fuel and air filter's and clean the throttle body with some gumout. It could also be the IAC motor Idle Air Control. Good Luck

If the switch lights up when you turn it on but the seat doesnt get hot, it is most likely the heating element in the seat. If the switch doesnt light up, you have a power or ground issue.
SOURCE: fix front wheel bearing 2001 monte carlo ss
Remove the wheel, remove the axle nut, remove the brake caliper and bracket, remove the brake disc, remove the three bolts that go through the back and hold the bearing assembly in the knuckle, disconnect the abs connector and slide the bearing assembly out. Reverse the procedure to install the new one.
