Changing remote to another tv lost my owners manual dont know what to do fist going from a philips tv to a toshiba tv

Depends on what you want out of your car.
Long life?
Get the best oil you can afford.
My Trans Am, 10 years old, 100,000 miles has no engine problems.
Put in Synthetic every 2,000 miles.

Go to toshiba's homepage. They almost always have a support center where you can download, or at least read, the specific owner's manual for whatever item you need...for free!

I lost the original remote to my 27'' television

very sorry for that but you can be changing channel manually on the tv channel buttons, if you sweep on all channels you can go to AV from RF channels, that is before you buy a remote.
