I have a mitsubishi DLP HDTV WD-65735. The last couple of days it will run for about 30 or 45 minutes then shut off. When this happens, the LAMP LED will blink yellow/orange for about 15 seconds and then change to green and blink for about 15 seconds. After this, I can turn it back on and watch it again for about 30 to 45 minutes before it repeats. Thanks for any assistance!!

that means your lamp it is getting to the end of its life.
sometimes even if the lamp still good the TV will send you that message because that timer is closed to 5000 hours
What you can do is open the lamp door, closed again and the tv will ask you if you replaced it the lamp, and just say yes and that sign will go away

If the lamp light blinks yellow, then the first thing I would check would be the filament of the lamp. It is not completely blown into shrads, but it sounds like the filaments is fried. Please check it and let me know.

I have seen alot of the Mitsubishi DLPs to get very dim and the colors appear dull and the cause was almost always caused by the small front mirror needing to be cleaned due to a dust build up.
