I can't get the FAX to work. I go to the ALL in One Center and click on FAX and click on "black and white document". It runs the scan and then wants to print the document! Why does it need to print? Hi, Try uninstalling the Lexmark software. Then click on this link http://bit.ly/c0OInU to download the latest windows vista driver and all in one center. That should resolve your problem. Best Regards.
Yes, according to the Lexmark website, your printer model is compatible with Windows Vista and even Windows 7. I would suggest that you uninstall the drivers for the printe/scanner and download the new drivers from their support website, then re-install the printer/scanner using those drivers.
