I HAVE BOUGHT A SECOND HAND ROMA SCOOTER. MODEL: STRIDER MIDI 4 YEAR: 2008.SPEED: 4/8MPH.I CANT FIND THE SERIAL NUMBER TO GET IT INSURED. I HAVE LOOKED AT THE BACK, BUT AS IAM LIMITED IN MOVEMENT I CANT SEE IT. CAN YOU HELP.

Go t Ace hardware take your old bolt they'll probably have a bolt the same size, otherwise you'll need to contact the manufacturer of the item, Electric Strider, Call 1-800-555-1212 and ask for the 800 number of the company of manufacture... There should be a plate on strider with name of company of production.. May even have phone number on plate and possibly web site..

Neil is right, the serial number is on the seat support. From that the year can be determined. It's mostly moot, as Pride only has a 1 year warranty, and after that, it Parts and Labor. Why are you asking?

This could be caused by the commutator not being smooth and causing undo where on the brushes

Hi. The serial number will be on a sticker on the upright support that holds up the seat. You will have to lift of the seat, and take the cover off the batteries to see it. It should be on the front of the deat support. Neil.
