I have a samsung dvd home cinema system sometimes a disc reads disc error and does not play this is not a copy its a bbc wild china dvd. it is not the first time its happened i bought the disc through amazon the dvd player is a htq20
If this problem occurs only at this dvd it's a disk problem. If it occurs on various disks try using a cd/dvd cleaner set, a wet one is better. Follow the instructions
on the set. The main idea is to put one drip of the included liquid at the set
(usually isopropyl alchohol) at a specific place (like small
brush) on the disk surface and play this disk. That way the "brush" will
clean up the laser lens and after that the cd/dvd player will be able to
read the disks. BE CAREFULL not to put too much liquid on the "brush".
