My tv is block and i dont know wat to do. how can i unblock it?

check every flat cable main boerd to t-con t-con to display if dont help display is a problem

What is the exact model number to your Hisense TV? You can get it from the back cover of your TV. Get it to me. OK.

That word Video in green color could be TV's on-screen display as DVP-NS425 has another kind of on-screen display that has track info, time info etc in display.
Please press Display on TV remote to turn off that green color Video on-screen display at top right corner.

Notes (for TV RATING and MPAA RATING):
● You cannot access the setup menu when the
“PROTECTED PROGRAM by ...” message
appears. Move to an unblocked channel
before you hit [MENU].
● When you select a rating and set it to
[BLOCK], the higher ratings will be blocked
automatically. The lower ratings will be
available for viewing.
● When you set the lowest rating to [VIEW],
all other ratings will automatically be available
for viewing.

for 10 seconds to restore the access code to

Most likely it's the closed captioning has been turned on. From your post I assume you have the remote control and able to access the menus so try to turn off the closed captioning. I'll be notified if you post something new.

the problem is common go into menu and go to text you have to shut it off. each tv is set up a little differant ,
you will have to be patient but im sure that is your answer.

If it helps any, I had the same TV with the same Weather Channel issue, also on a boat. It took months of constant contact but they ended up replacing my TV with a different model and after several months with the new one I have had no problems. This started in 2007 (I was the 11-12-07 post) and it took jumping through a few hoops to get the replacement. Good luck.

To unlock your Tl2020 with a universal remote just go into the menu and select V chip setting. The password from the factory is four zeros (0 0 0 0 ). Once you get in you will the letter "B" nect to everything. Set everything to the letter "U". Then, turn off the television. The set should be unlocked now. Good luck !
