my deskjet f340 will print a scanned item but wont print from my pc it keeps say OUT OF PAPER help plz
my printer is stuck with an out of paper message even tho there is paper loaded. It wont print unless I use the scan or copy buttons directly on the printer....
This really requires more information...
Does the printer make a copy by itself?
What DOES happen if you hit print from the computer?
One thing to try if you've checked the connections and it makes a copy, is to disconnect the USB cable, restart your computer (and wait for it to fully load) then reconnect the USB cable. If it still does not print, come back. :)
