My washer fill cycle isn't stopping and the water overflows. What part do I need. It is a Whirlpool LSC8244eqo - Heavy Duty Super Capacity Plus - 8 Cycle 2 speed. Thanks!
Heres hteaprt numbr for both the water level switch and the connecting tube, before i replace he switch make sure the tube is connected to rear of tub nad isnot cracked or kinked, and connected correctly to the switch for that matter. a hole in the tube would hamper he switches ability to sense when unit is full

The problem is the pressure switch has failed or the hose is plugged up, has a hole in it. These are usually inexpensive and are very easy to replace. Here is a video this will walk you thru testing and replacing a pressure switch. You can also enter your model # for diagrams and illustrations of your specific model. All parts come with installation instructions. Not all models are available.

When I took the control panel off by removing two screws, I found that the tube had come off the water level switch/part; so a very simple and cheap fix. I did have to use a wire to clamp the tube onto the switch/part to keep it from coming loose. Thank you!
