Hey, got a 4gb sansa sandisk that claims unsupported media format and to visit www.sa...support/sansa to fix the problem with my downloaded photo's and videos? How do I fix this problem???

I can understand the issue. When you say unsupported media type then i would say download the SMC (Sansa Media Converter).
