Dvd is not charging its battery
Just look in your manual to find your customer service and order it or ask radioshack.
Have you tried charging it on your home adapter as opposed to the car charger? If so I really cannot help but my car adapter was not working and my home charger was working fine. We had to buy a new car charger and you can find them at best buy. They even come with various sized tips to fit cell phones, cameras, etc ...

The way the battery is usually charged is by plugging it into the player and plugging the player into the a/c outlet. Do not use the player, Just allow the player to charge the battery. The way you tell if the charging is working is the light on the front will usually be a red color and it will be steady color or blinking while charging. When the battery is fully charged, the light will turn green or turn off . This lets you know that the battery has fully charged.To test this try using the dvd player on the battery only. not only is it not charging the battery the charge light does'nt even light up weather plugged up to the car charger or house charger.nothing works,have had the master checked over nothing is wrong with the dvd player itself,both chargers tested positive for power,so why is'nt the battery charging
