try to chek if the actuator of the exit sensor is ok you will find it when you open the side door exactly attached to the heater try to check the end is it in plase or not if not use sim 30 sub1 to check all sensors you wil solve your problem

while standing in front of the copier open the Right door and then then flip down the Front door. Are the levers in place ? usually the front door will not close properly if not. Second take out the toner and look for a loosely hanging piece of plastic on it, give it a tug, does it seem to be a long peice of clear plastic? if yes yank it all the way out. It is a protective piece sent for shipping. It will be on ALL the toners you get. If not look at the right side door there is a back assembly there with either a black cylinder type roller or some strings. Are the strings broken , is the roller in place?

H2 or 2H is related to a fuser under heat or overheat.
Try this first,
Performing a Fault Reset 14 will reset your WorkCentre and will help to clear error codes.
If this does not clear the problem the fuser will need replaced.

The printer repair guy just left. I'm paraphrasing what he told me:
The Sharp MX4501N was displaying the error: H3-04. This does mean that the printer was reading an above average temperature for the fuser, for some reason.
He said that in his experience, 90% of the time, this is due to power surges/spikes and not an actual incident of the fuser over heating. A good surge protector isn't normally enough and he recommended that we look around for a cheap UPS to condition the power.
Other things that can cause a higher than average reading of the fuser can be caused by paper jams, where a piece or pieces of the paper are lodges inside, insulating the fuser and restricting air flow to the internal compnents. Printing 15-25 blank sheets through the copier can usually dislodge these. If not, call for assistance.
In order to clear the error code (H3-04) from possible powewr surges/pikes, I was given the following code: #P, *, C, 1,4 PRINT
This will remove most of the codes restricting printing to the copier, however, should the code reappear, contact customer service and arrange for a visit from the local repair person.
I hope this helps anyone else who may run in to the same problemThe error: H3-04. This does mean that the printer was reading an above average temperature for the fuser, for some reason.

It sound like you have a thermistor that either has a buildup on it or it is not contacting the fuser roller. I would remove the fuser, disassy and clean every component. Reinstall and usually the problems go away. Let me know if you need more assistance.
