Hi Zihaalsan, Normally Sharp Error Codes are 4 characters. It should be E7 and then 2 more numbers. The E7 family of codes could be a duplex issue, a Laser issue or a few other options. For proper understanding of the error meainig it is necessary to obtain a Subcode of the error by pressing START at the moment of displaying error. E7-02 and E7-16 means Laser unit problems, E7-01 problem with memory, E7-10,11,12 Scanner problems

There is a chance a small piece of paper was left behind from removing a jam. The machine should indicate if the jam is main body or doc feeder. if it is the feeder I will manually run a page through by pushing it and turning the green wheels to feed it. sometimes doing that will catch anything that was stopped up in there and push it out as well. If you are 100% there is no paper in there, then the next step would be to test each sensor in the paper paths and replace whichever one has failed. You will probably want to call a tech for that. Does the toner cartridge have a electronic chip on it? if so you could refill it all day long it would not change once the chip say the i am done the cartridge is done. Sorry.
