For some reason I see slidly double shade double

Bad signal strength is the normal reason, but can also be interference.

Make sure the video cable is securely connected between the TV and the source device. Turn off any electrical or battery-operated devices that may be creating radio frequency (RF) interference. Perform a power reset on the TV . If the issue persist, try plugging the power cord to a different electrical outlet.

Read the error code list in your user manual for options.

If you have one of those deskjet printers with two heads: black and color, might be that heads us unaligned.
Look ar printe's utilities.
In tnis case your printer has an application to align the two heads avoiding this "double shaded" effect.

Your screen is defective. Screens are very expensive to replace but you might be able to find a used one on line. You will need the part number of teh screen it is located on the back of the LCD panel on a white sticker. Do a google search and see if anyone is selling it. You can try www.interliquidparts.com

If it appears as a second image outline then its a convergence issue. But will need the model number of the set to assist with the problem.

There shoud be a phone number of pacific cycle you can call them,if you have to replace the whole canopy it is only around $40,just ask them.

you either need to reconverge the unit (auto focus) or you need to replace the converge chips-stk-xxx-xxx don't adjust anything.

If the problem however persists , then you will have to get the Mainboard either repaired or replaced.
