I have a Bosch Nexxt 100 series front load washer that completes the wash cycle and then does not drain the water. It sit in rinse for a few minutes with a quiet buzzing noise and then it starts to beep with the rinse button blinking. My guess is the pump is broken, but how do I get to it and check it?
You first of all need to check the pump filter.
This should be located at the botom front right of washer.
Look for a drop down flap or cover, once located, unscrew filter anti-clockwise to remove and clean.
The pump itself is directly behind the filter housing, check there is nothing stuck in the housing.
This should solve the prob.
Please leave feedback for my solution.
Thankyou.

Thank-you very much, this did indeed solve the problem. Once I got the water out of the machine I was able to unscrew the cover to the pump filter and low and behold found a sock. The machine is working great now. Thanks again for your help!
I keep getting Code13 on my bosch front load washers
