My magnifica showed a red light to say the used solid coffee discs needed removing from the collection vessel. After removing the tray to get at the vessel, the tray would not reinsert; the infuser seems to have dropped its lowest plastic part down (this usually slots in just behind a cut out piece in the back of the tray) so the tray won't push back. we can't move the infuser, despite squeezing in the red buttons

I have a problem. I removed the infuser and the internal bracket is now in a "down" position and I cannot get the infuser back in. I need to know how to raise the internal bracket to its proper place. Any ideas?

Hi. Husband asks: When you first turn the machine on at the power point, does it make a motor sound and then stop, or is the awful noise apparent at that time.
If the awful noise starts as soon as you turn it on, then most likely there is a motor problem which will need to be seen by a Service Center.

try cleaning any old bean dust ect with vacuum ... refit or replace infuser lot better . if still no good you need someone to check pcb assy ... bsc appliances 07779933829 we cover repair service anywere via post.
