Sounds like the DRAM failed the Self Test.
Power cycle the printer and if the error doesn't come back, go about your business.
If the error comes back, you may have to reseat the DRAM and try again. If error repeats
the DRAM may have to be replaced. Electronics Module may have to be replaced if DRAM
doesn't fix it.

You really aren't giving much info, so here are some beep - codes, also make sure nothing came loose on the motherboard or other components ( do this ONLY if you know how ) Safety first.
