Wash Cycle doesn't start

My washing machine is just 14 months old and has suddenly stopped working. The machine blew the electric fuse in the middle of a wash cycle. When I turned the fuse on, the green light on the machine lights up, but the wash cycle won't start. When I try to start the wash cycle, the green light moves from 'washing' to 'end' after 30 seconds. What is wrong with my machine - any ideas for me?

I have a similar trouble. I'm trying to find out if it's the electronic control card.

Unplug the machine for about fifteen minutes. When your fuse blown it caught in the middle of the cycle. By unpluging it will reset the machine.

It's a whirlpool, maybe 6 months old... Started a load and it just stopped in the middle of the first wash cycle.

Unplug from wall, wait a minute, then plug back up and see if that works. May reset it.

I have a Bosch Exxcel 1400 S Express which blew

There is no internal fuse in the washer to replace.
If you have replaced the fuse, make sure that is is a good one.
If you are satisfied that you have power to the washer, then I'm afraid it sounds quite serious.
Trust this helps.

Washer won't start cycle after door is closed

Try taking the top of the machine off and checking all of the electrical connections, including the one to the door lock. I have to do this about once a month with my machine and it seems to work.
