I have a leaking door seal,the seal looks OK,where can I get a new seal?

The seal at the bottom of the door is PASSIVE (not actually sealed). If you are leaking there, look for correct type and quantity of soap, and be sure the machine is LEVEL.

the seal might look ok but don't forget the seal could crack on the bottom, any time the washing machine stops and the water settle
there's more water at the bottom half so the bottom of the seal takes more abuse. so I would replace the sealer and if you can buy a little thicker one.

Some leaks actually are from the windshield and it is contained by the trim so you can't see where it is leaking from. If it is the door seal look at the striker bolt to see if there is any abnormal wear. Make sure the striker bolt is aligned with the door striker. If you don't know how to check this run by your local body shop and ask them to check it for you. Sometimes if the keys have ever been locked in the vehicle people use door shims to hold the door open as to pick the lock. This is bad because it knocks the door out of alignment with the seals. Water level may be too high...

Check door seal by draging a strip of paper through with seal closed.

If the water is coming out from around the loading door:-
1) check the door latch mechanism is correctly adjusted to close the door properly on to it's seals,
2) if above ok, you need new door seals.

If the water is coming from under the unit (at floor level) you have a leaking hose or fitting on the water supply valve or pump/s.

1 door seal
2 heater ellement
3 front plate
4 front plate seal
5 outer container split

try looking at these first

Pull the seal that is on the tank 1/2 way out then close the door. This will make sure the door is tight to the seal. This happens sometimes that the seal becomes flattened. I have been using this trick on Bosch dishwashers since this series came out in 1997.

the latching mechinisum is at fault or the door is bent.

clean filter outlet, pipe is ok ..remove stainless steal screws in side door it should be easy to fit seal then.
