I solved the problem, by tipping the dishwasher back about 45degrees, I think this re-adjusted the flood sensor, and it is now working fine. Thank you
How do I use the half load function
Without knowing your model number, I can tell you how it works in my dishwasher. The water comes out of only the upper arm, so you load only the top rack. My dishwasher also has a disperser that you snap into the inside top of the dishwasher. Some dishwashers do not have this snap-in part. Load the top rack and run the dishwasher normally. It is more economical to fill the entire dishwasher than run half-loads.
What does E14 mean ?
The code can mean different things .check the manual that came with it . the manual will also show how to do a self test .
Rinse aid appears to be leaking
Now, not knowing about the model you mention, I am going to tell you about the same problem I encountered with my dishwasher. We, too, started seeing water on our floor when we were running our "built-in" dishwasher. I checked the water level in the washer and it was not overflowing from being too full. So, I removed the panel at the front bottom of the washer so I could see the workings. First thing I did was to feel around for moisture on connections and other parts. When I got to the bottom of the pump, I did feel moisture. This told me that the pump was leaking. Unfortunately, most manufacturers nowadays use non-metallic metallic components and with mine it was made of plastic. When I removed the pump, I saw a crack in it along a seam (where it is molded together after the internal workings of the pump are in place). The pump turned out to be almost as expensive as a new machine but I was blessed. A friend of my son was remodeling his kitchen and that included a new dishwasher. He gave me his original one (which turned out to be a recently built one by the same manufacturer) and I installed it and haven't had a leak since.
Now, I hope that this does help but as I said, I am not familiar with your free-standing model.
I have a HJA8630
When you say all lights on, do you mean all the lights, or simply the correct lights for the selected cycle?
