Most commonly, debris gets plugged internally in the nozzle holes. Using a small pick from the outside, with the nozzle removed from the wand (it is threaded on), you can try to dislodge debris caught in the nozzle holes.

Turbo Blue Torch Repair

Here are the steps to reassemble a Turbo Blue Torch Lighter:
  1. Collect the parts: Gather all the parts of the Turbo Blue Torch Lighter that you have disassembled. These typically include the top cap, the burner nozzle, the burner assembly, and the ignition mechanism.
  2. Reassemble the burner assembly: Start by reassembling the burner assembly. Place the nozzle back onto the burner assembly and screw it in place. Then, slide the burner assembly back into the top cap, ensuring that it is seated securely.
  3. Reattach the ignition mechanism: Take the ignition mechanism and insert it back into the top cap. Align the ignition mechanism with the burner assembly so that the sparking mechanism is facing the nozzle.
  4. Reattach the top cap: Place the top cap back onto the base of the lighter and screw it in place. Make sure it is tightened securely.
  5. Test the lighter: Once you have reassembled the Turbo Blue Torch Lighter, test it to make sure it is working properly. Hold the lighter in your hand and press down on the ignition button. The lighter should ignite with a blue flame.
If you have any difficulties or concerns during the reassembly process, consult the manufacturer's instructions or contact their customer support for assistance. It's important to reassemble the Turbo Blue Torch Lighter properly to ensure its safe and efficient operation.

Why does my pressure hose burst when I use a turbo nozzle

Turbo heads are pressure rated for different pressure washers, your turbo head is most likely rated bellow the maximum pressure of your washer which in turn causes a pressure build up in the hose and it's eventual failure.

Does the turbo nozzel come apart to repair?

Hi, yes, the turbo nozzle can be broken down with just a little time and effort. The two plastic wheels in the rear pop out, and then you'll see 6 screws on the bottom of the unit. Once these have been removed, gently pry the top and bottom pieces of the turbo nozzle apart, and you'll have access to the belt, gears, and brush inside. Good luck!

Plastic "Turbo Frother steam nozzle" blows off metal steam pipe

Pull off entire plastic wand off by unscrewing the top plastic piece. Inside the piece that connects to the screw top you should see two o-ring type spacers. The top one should be hard pastic and the one beneath should be rubber. Take the entire unit apart and clean, making sure to put all pieces back in the way they came out.

To put back on, take the top piece and put it back on the metal stem first then put the rest of the wand back on and gently push it as far up the metal stem as possible and screw back together. If you don't have the rubber spacer this could be the problem since the wand really has nothing grabbing onto the metal stem except for the rubber spacer. If this doesn't work, order another wand:

Took apart turbo brush and don't know where to put belt to make brush spin...what two things should it connect?

Hello,
I would advise you to ALWAYS to FIRST UNPLUG YOUR VACUUM before beginning any service procedure.
There are 2 types of Turbo Brushes, the electric type driven by a power head or power nozzle most likely used on a canister type vacuum or a central vacuum driven by electricity and there is an air driven power head. In either case the belt should be riding on the brushroll pulley on the end or if it is an air driven power head, sometimes the pulley section is in the middle, and the other end would run off the motor pulley / shaft. If you have a flat belt it is suggested that you change the belt every 4 to 6 months, if you have a geared belt, suggested change would be one year or so. I am not sure on the Brand of turbo brush you have, but you can refer to your local vacuum cleaner dealer in your area or the yellow pages, or contact the manufacturer for a phone # or website address, some times if you have a air driven turbo power brush it may be cost efficient to replace the brush instead of repairing the turbo brush. Just a suggestion.
Example: www.turbobrush.com – this may or may not be the website address not knowing the brand name.
Thanks, Don – The Vac Man
