Northstar Pressure Washer Turbo Nozzle Questions & Answers
Can't unscrew nozzle from hose what do I do to
I used a vise and pipe wrench to loosen. Have to be careful with the vise that you don't over tighten it and damage the hose fitting. When replacing the nozzle, lube the threads with non-water soluble grease.

Burner will not fire
Dear muttandjeff,
I do not know if you machine is single or three phase. But whatever, one simple thing is to check that you have the right rotation. If the rotation is good, then fuel can be pumped. Now there must be a sensor that switches on with water flow. No water....no fire. If there is water passing, then the sensor is stuck and showing that there is no flow. The thermostat also opens a solinoid valve in most machines of this type. If solinoid valve is faulty....fuel will not come out. If this is a diesel boiler...check gap of electrodes and condotion of fuel nozzel. One last thing, is something I found in a machine of a friend of mine. I found everything correct....but then I found that the fuel was totaly mixed with water. So, that you have correct fuel, is also important.

Oil leak at top of pump
The oil in the pump is probably leaking because a seal is blown and water is getting into the piston housing. Take a look inside at the oil. It should be brown and translucent. If it is gray, white or milky, you have a blown oil seal. This reservoir should only be 1/3 full of non-detergent oil to begin with. Hope this helps
Low water pressure

What is an uploader
I think you mean an UN Loader this is a valve that redirects (bypasses) the pressureized water back into the intake when you release the trigger When it is not working the machine continues to build pressure and will bog down
hope this helps
