Msg I get on my iPhone: "Safari cannot open the page, not connected to internet."

This is an indication that your phone's internet connection is possibly not active, something installed on your phone is keeping Safari from communicating over that connection, or a setting in Safari is limiting it's ability to use the internet.

Verify your internet connection first - test other internet based apps (such as youtube).

Then verify that there are no settings on your device that would keep safari from working (perhaps you've recently installed a security application that prevents applications from communicating with the internet).

Lastly, uninstall and reinstall Safari.

If those don't resolve your issue, try resetting the settings of your phone (little by little, or all at once if immediate resolution is desired) until this problem resolves itself.

The internet said that they can not bring up your web page.

Internet Explore Cannot Display the Webpage
As you browse the Web with Internet Explorer, you may occasionally encounter an error message about the browser being unable to display the requested Web page.
If your browser is unable to display a page, the issue lies somewhere along the path from your computer to the remote website. In some cases, you can resolve the issue by troubleshooting your computer or Internet connection. Internet Connection Issue
If Internet Explorer is unable to display any pages at all, see if you are able to browse the Web on another computer.
If none of the computers in your home can browse, the problem is related to your Internet connection.
In some cases, you can resolve an Internet connection issue by unplugging the power connections for your broadband modem and router temporarily.
If you are still unable to browse, contact your Internet service provider for further assistance.

Malicious Software
If you are unable to browse the Web on your computer but can browse on other computers, the computer itself has an issue. In some cases, this can mean that your computer is infected with malicious software.
Download an anti-virus program on another computer and run it on the affected computer to troubleshoot the issue.

User Error If you receive an error in Internet Explorer when you attempt to browse to a single website, but other websites work, check to make sure that you are entering the address of the website correctly.
By default, Internet Explorer searches the Web for a close result if the address you entered is not associated with an actual website. If you have disabled this feature and enter a website address incorrectly, Internet Explorer displays an error message.

Remote Website Issue

If you are unable to browse to a single website and are certain that you have entered the website address correctly, it is likely that the website itself has a problem.
You can wait and attempt to view the website again later, or search for the website on Google or another search engine and click the "Cached" link to view a recent cached copy of the website.

My internet is unusually slow, and unresponsive.

well it sounds like you need either to reset your wireless router(little blue utton on the back of the router) or you need to clear your safari history/cashe.

good luck

I cannot utilize you tube. My email is unresponsive

This may not be a safari issue at all.
Are you able to access news.google.com ? If so, then its a safari issue specifically. Otherwise this is a connectivity issue entirely. Which means you're not connected to your network.
