The Sansa Media Converter will handle just about anything you have on your computer. It should have come with the Fuze, but you can download the Windows version from http://www.megaupload.com/?d=3IPZO6Q0
I've had the same problem with my Sansa Fuze 2GB. It's pretty frustrating, but in order to get it to work, I let it sit without touching it or doing anything with it for a few days. For 2-5 days, do not turn on your Sansa Fuze. After the amount of time has passed, try the soft reset again.
when switched off, plug in the MicroSD again and let it startup...if it starts up well and good...turn it off and only then remove the microsd..the try turning it on...
