I have the same TV and I just replaced the Capacitors. It came with 2 10000UF 10V caps and I put in 2 1000UF 35Volt caps from radio shack. Its like brand new. There is even a video on how to change them on You Tube.
90% you need to replace power board, 10% you need to replace main board.
Search for "0602D03300" on eBay and you'll find power boads.
I personally find them too expensive even there, but eBay is the lowest cost source for boards that I know and I often buy from there.
I wouldn't worry if they are used.
What *I* would do if you were in my area and brought the TV to me would be to either repair your board or find a cheaper one that I can use as a substitute.
Your best shot is to buy one of the eBay boards and just replace it yourself. With lowest price there going $120 with shipping it's literally too expensive bringing the TV to a repair man (unless it's me ,of course :-) ).
I really wish you would spare $10 and send me your old board. I might even be able to repair and return it back for a fixed fee of $60, but one never knows with those things.
Please rate this advice if you like it. And I am serious about your old board - I sell repair services at eBay already, but I have not come accross that particular board yet.
