Exxcel 1400 s express washing machine key light is on cannot use . or find operating manual help

pick the last program you put on ????
then you hold the button with the clock on it for five seconds the lock should now be off

Bosch exxcel 1200 express spinning slowly

I would suggest that you remove the motor, and check the brushes for wear.
If they are less than 3 or 4mm long, then they need to be replaced.

I have a bosch exxcel 1400 express and a key symbol has appeared and wont go away and unable to operate?

check the manual . you can take the key mode off with the instructionsprobably a press and hold for 2-3seconds thing .If you dont have the manual you can get it from thermador. com they will order it for you. you will get it 2-3days. let me know how you made out:)

Washer has key symbol on display unit permanently

Go to this link (or copy and paste it into your browser if it doesn't post as a link); https://portal.bsh-partner.com/portal(bD1kZSZjPTAwOQ==)/PORTALFRAME.HTM third from the bottom is your user manual, second from the bottom is the quick reference guide. the key symbol is the childproof lock function - to activate or deactivate it press the start button for about 4 seconds during a cycle - check page 32 of the user manual for a more detailed description. I think you press and hold for ten secs to clear its a childlock

thanks for your advice on how to deactivate the child lock,i have had this prob before but i had my user manual but of course when u need it its nowhere to be found,anyways thanx i now can wash again hurrah
