According to GE, F and a number or letter means there may have been an error with the locked door. Try shutting off the oven's circuit breaker for 5 minutes then turn it back on. This should re-set the oven at which time it needs to cool off for at least an hour before unlocking. If the error message comes back on, either re-set the breaker again or wait until the oven cools down enough to unlock.
Your oven sensor may have died during clean. turn off power open controle pannel , there should be a tech sheet(paper diagram and instructions for service guy) inside. it will have the codes on it as far as what they mean. It should point you to what part to change.
Hello Herb Reinhart - If the range previously displayed DR and now showing F11, it typically indicates that the unit has detected a shorted keypad. Since you have already try resetting the unit by unplugging it and issue persists, I would recommend contacting a professional to proceed further. Most likely the EOC on the range will need replacing.
