Yes the camera is supported by Win 7, all you have to do is install the software that comes with the camera on the operating system. The camera also doubles up as a webcam.
i suggest u to go to ur card mafucturer website.there will be any section.where u can find firmware for ur device model.download latest firmware.plug ur device into system and upgrade ur firmware.ur problem is solved
