I suggest that you have it serviced to an authorized Packard Bell service center or to the Distributors service center which is Axis Global Philippines, if they have one.

Hmm you know ebay has alot of keyboards for laptops , very cheap too, would be no harm typing your laptop name + keyboard into ebay, ive often bought them from there for people. hoep this helps
