A rectangular-shaped swimming pool is 50m long and 2.5 meters deep and holds 2500 m3 (meters cubed) of water what is the width of the pool? Please explain how you got your answear too please. :)
I answered your question :Is a rectangle squared or cubed? Apparently you do not care to understand that certain question have no meaning. Fortunately the current one has meaning and can be solved if one remembers the formula for the volume of the swimming pool in terms of length, width and depth (height). Knowing the volume, the depth and the length, one can solve for the width. Know you are ready to do you homework.I answered your question :Is a rectangle squared or cubed? Square feet suggests a flat area, like the floor plan of the pool, which would be 16 x 32 = 512 square feet. Like you'd measure walls for tiles or paper etc.
As you've given 3 dimensions, sounds like your after the cubic capacity/volume of the pool, in which case your looking at cubic feet (same as flat area above, but with the added depth to go from flat 2d, to 3d (2 vs 3 dimensions)), which would be 16 x 32 x 10 = 5,120 cubic feet.
Since 1 cubic foot is equivalent to 7.48051948052 gallons, you could attempt to do the math & make allowances for overflow & for a distance-to-the-top measure of what could be about half a foot. Otherwise, there are charts that help with understanding this. http://www.swimtownpools.com/how-many-gallons-does-my-pool-hold-s/1317.htm
To calculate how much water in a swimming pool, in 'US Feet':
Length x Width = Surface Feet
Surface Feet x Average Depth = Cubic Feet
Cubic Feet x 7.5 = Total Gallons
what is the actual size of the pool, and do you have a chlorine generator to use the salt? if so consult the generator mfgrs site for correct saturation of salt.
Theoretically means it will resist water penetration to 50 meters. Approx 150 feet deep.
I would not test that limit, but you should be fine in a pool or shower etc..
88 It is the Setup/Start up Code. it is displayed until you set the timer. which you do so by holding down the down arrow till you hear a beep, then hold down the up arrow till you here a beep. from there you can set the time and then to lock it in repeat the process. On the filter set it to run atleast 1 hour longer than you SWS. set the timer on both at the same time.
You can simply buy a larger pool filter that is designed for pools in your size range. Look for one that is designed for smaller above ground pools. You can find lots of different pool filters at backyardcitypools.com.
