Your freezer defrost coils are probably frozen. Or the drain tube is plugged. Remove the rear panel from the freezer and defrost the defrost coils if necessary. Make sure that the drain tube underneath the coils is not plugged with ice or other foreign matter. You may have to thaw out the tube. If you don't make sure that the tube is clear, excess condensate will continue to drain into the fridge. Good luck!

Water collecting inside fridge, under meat drawer

Yes most responses are the freezer drain even if it is in the bottom freezer. If the drain is blocked water will build up anywhere inside your refrigerator only because it has no place to go during the defrost. Defective door seals can also can make the problem much worse. We have a slow water leak in our fridge. The water pools under the bottom 2 produce drawers.

On most newer fridges, there is a very shallow 'V' shaped collection channel at the back of the fridge just above the bottom drawers, this is for condensate collection. In the middle of this channel there should be a hole, this quite often gets clogged, and over flows, hence the water at the bottom of the produce drawers, clear the hole and it should cure your leak, worth checking every couple of months.

Collecting water at bottom of frig inside under drawers.

begin by removing the grill on the front at floor level. look under there and you will see the evaporation pan. next pull the fridge out from the wall so you can get behind it. there you will see the tube. to unclog it you will have to disconnect it at the top and force hot water into it using a turkey baster.

Water is my refrigerator crispers and meat drawer

I dont know what the book is saying to do nor what refrigerator it is, but in my case the reason for collecting water is that the drain gets stuck with some nasty goo.
This drain so located in the back of the refrigerator and is used to lead away water condensing on the cooling element.
Take a long stiff wire and push it through or make a hook and try to pull the goo out (this is really gooey stuff but it rather does not stink).
