My neighbor has a ge super capacity plus washer that was leaking until she had a repair man (not ge qualified) come troubleshoot. The leak is gone; but, now the spin cycle is chaotic! The machine walks even with a burly man trying to keep it still!
The drum straps are probebly broken just remove the front then remove the 2 1\4 inch screws that hold the top on remove the top the straps are located on top of the tub they are black rubber
Ge super plus capacity washer walking all over basement. All four rubber straps look ok. Washer is level. How do i get the top of this animal. There is 3 -1/4inch screws in the back to loosen control panel. Rear part of cover pops up no problem. Cant get front part of cover off. What the trick.
