As with most communications errors the first thing to always try first is shutting off the copier, unplugging it from the power source for at least 30 seconds, then plugging it back in, powering up and trying the scan-to-email functions again (once network synchronization has been completed by the copier).

EAXXXX is a communication's failure code generated by the copier to state that 1. The LAN cable is not physically connected, 2. Communication with the SMTP server has been lost, or 3. One or more of the e-mail addresses that someone attempted to send mail to doesn't exist or is invalid.

If the scan-to-email functions worked before this and have suddenly stopped, you may want to have your IT department reset the mail server.

It's also possible to have had some changes made to internal network address that has affected the copier's ability to communicate with the servers. Check with your IT to see if they've added any security software, changed network address structures, etc., around the time that the scan functions failed.

Bizhub C652 has horizontal lines.

Print quality is good, b&w copy is good. When i make a color copy the machine makes blue lines or bink lines. This is a brand new c452.Scan to PC is ok, print its ok only copy. Lines are vertical.ea2265a7-6bf2-4ab0-abb0-94d103145c4c.jpeg

Bizhub 224e won't print from computer

Is this machine on a network? if so can other computers print?(IF others can not the machine) If this is a single computer are you using a crossover Ethernet cable. Are you sure the proper drivers are installed go to Konicaminolta to get latest drivers free.

error is sometimes a way for the machine to go into safe-mode when there is power fluctuations , or a problem with the machines thermistor or thermostat

Bizhub 200 has error code c3452

Sir/mam check the right side door that you open to remove the image unit check that the two latches that hold the door close are OK especially the rear one. Close up. To reset. On the right side of the machine just below the scanner section (The part with the big glass) is a cover next to where you connect the Ethernet cable. Remove the cover with the machine on use a small screw driver and gentle depress the small black switch the machine is going to go thru some screens when you see the screen with the copiers on it to the left on the screen in the middle you will see a "." when that is displayed press 3. Code will come back but now press the Utility/counter button should see button that say maintenance mode press that see trouble reset press that machine again will go thru warm up procedure will see the "." DO Nothing! Should go to "Ready to Copy" if the code comes back have a technician look at it DO NOT CONTINUE TO RESET the code is for the Hot Part called the FUSER. Can catch on fire! That will ruin a perfectly good day!!!!

We have a bizhub 250 and cannot scan to email outside our LAN environment. We get Error Message EA3229

: do u check with IP address?
Junoon007: The IP address of the machine where the data is saved and the name of the box are indicated in the body of the e-mail message

Junoon007: increase the machine's memory or change the scan settings
Junoon007: delete unnecessary documents from the hard disk, and then try sending again
Junoon007: type in the file name correctly
Junoon007: check that the box has not been deleted
Junoon007: a maximum of 100 documents can be saved in a single box.delete unnecessary documents from the box, and then try sending again

Changing Mode?

There is no way to change your machine into printer mode only. machine works in dual mode copier/printer.whenever you send a print from the computer, machine automatically receive the document and print it at the same time without changing the mode.like SCAN MODE AND HARD DISK MODE. So if you are facing a problem regarding printing then please check the paper size of the machine, and also check the paper size from the "PRINTING PREFERENCES" by taking the properties of printer icon in printer and faxes menu.(where installed printers shows) right click on the bizhub 200 printer icon and clickj on "properties". now click on "printing preferences" tab and then click on "size" tab, now from here check the paper size.its A4 or not if its not A4 then please change it to A4 then again give a print command.machine will start printing.

Just want to SCAN, with image going to computer

machine always refuses ANY function if a color is empty.

You can cheat the machine by sticking some thin black adhesive tape around the cart nose (looking from above onto the cartholder within the printer it is the right hand side of the cart).

This signals the machine a full cart.
