That would depend upon how you are paying. If you are paying through a credit card, you would contact the issuer of the credit card. If you are paying through Paypal, you contact PayPal. However, that is not the end of it. If you are disputing charges, you very likely will need to send a letter stating such. Here are more details:

Note that simply canceling a credit card and getting another card will not necessarily stop the charges from being transferred to the new card. Read both of the first two articles for steps that may resolve your problem.

Hi....I have just noticed on my credit card statement that I have been charged twice every month for my 4 screen deal.....£9.99 taken from account then taken again a few days later

Contact the company that is double-charging you, or sign in to your account there. This help site can't do that. You can also call your bank and stop payments to that service.

I have charges on my credit card that I did not authorize. I do not have a playstation account

I don't like to pay anything on line with credit card. If the wrong person just happens to get your account number you are in a mess. If the credit card company does not help you I would cancel my card.and ask for another one. I was scammed and lost some money and I cancelled my card and will not pay anything over the internet.

Was deleted from computer several months ago and forgot to cancel membership so still being charged monthly fee on credit card. Would like to stop monthly charges

Phone or email the company and cancel your account, Some firms will not cancel , the only way then is go to your bank tell them you have lost your card they will replace it with another account number . and the company will no longer be able to take your money.

How do I stop paying for my son's Netflix account from my credit card if I don't have his account information.

File a dispute with the credit card company. You can call them at the number on the back of the card. Netflix will have to produce information about the account to prove it is a legit charge. You may have to do this for each month's charge.

I orderd renuvue face serum on trial but did not know they would send two pack.can i stop any payments going out of my account/

Many "free trials" have fine print regarding ongoing orders. Oftentimes they will say that after your trial they will continue your membership, charging you for subsequent automatic orders, unless you cancel before the trial period ends.

If you can't quickly cancel from the company's website try contacting their customer support and asking them to cancel your account and if it's possible to get a refund on the product you received.

You can also try calling your bank and ask them to put a stop payment on that company. It is also sometimes possible, provided you can prove you didn't intend to order anything, to reverse a payment but that will vary based on your bank and account type.

I have cancelled my subscription to Driverupdate. Will you no longer bill me?

I had something similar with a company who for $3 per month charged me after I cancelled it. No emails would stop them, so I went into the bank and said I lost my card, eventually got a new card and that was the only way to stop them debiting my account.
If you have given them your account number to debit instead of your card number, then you may have more problems with them.
Don't know about the company so not sure how reliable they are.

How do I stop the 14 day trial I don't want it to go on my credit card

First, call the credit card company and tell them that possible unauthorized charges may be showing up on your account. Send the company that is charging your card a message via their "contact us" link, let them know you are stopping any further charges, have contacted your credit card company and to stop billing you.

Cancel payments

Automated payments debited from your checking account or against your credit card can prove to be quite convenient.
Automatic debits can be payments for loans, life insurance premiums, cable bills, Internet service and many other transactions.
Sometimes you want these transactions stopped.
If you decide to open a new checking account the automatic debits should be discontinued from the old bank account.
The company responsible for the debits will need adequate notification to keep the debits from going through another month.

Review your bank account statement or credit card statement to see which automatic debits are going through.
You could have several automatic debit transactions deduction money from your bank account. Decide which ones you want to stop or cancel.
Locate the contact information for that particular merchant.
Call the merchant responsible for the automatic debit.
The toll-free customer service phone number should be on the merchant's statement.
Let the representative know you want the automatic debits stopped.
The representative will stop the automatic debits per your request.
Some companies need four or five days prior to the automatic debit.
Without adequate notice the automatic debit may occur one more time.
The following month you should not see the charge.

Send a letter to the merchant.
Sometimes it may be difficult to reach a merchant by phone; if this is the case, the website Credit Info Center recommends sending the merchant a certified letter with a return receipt.
It will take a little longer to get your charges stopped by mail.
Take a look at your bank statement.
Make sure the automatic debits have been cancelled.
If the charges continue, follow up with the merchant.
Ask for a confirmation letter confirming the automatic debits have been cancelled.

Big fish games keeps charging me $6.99 every month since sept. 2012 I have not purchased any games in that time nor does it show as a credit to my account. I have contacted my credit card company to stop...

The only thing you can do is to continue to contact big fish games and explain your situation. You've already contacted your credit card company so that is good. Make sure they put a stop payment on that charge so no further charges will occur.

You are charging my checking account each month and I want it stopped!

Lindalu39

Most likely Dell is not the one charging your account a monthly fee (Unless you took a payment plan when you bought your computer). If you look at your back statement it will list the name of the company that is charging you account. Also you can talk to you back and they can lookup the transcation number to see what company is actually charging you. Note alot of times they use a shorten name and/or a DBA name on statements.

Hope this help
