There isn't one on most keyboards. In fact, I haven't come across one which has an inequality sign!
You can use a word processor for that, or a MS Office program.

Three Blinks repeating.>>RAM Module Error.
Four Blinks repeating.>> Graphics Card Failure.

You can use symbols (X,Y,A,B,C,D, and M, =) to create expressions to use in the SOLV program or to generate a table of values. To type them you use [ALPHA] followed by the symbol you want. The symbols on the body of the calculator are of the same color as the ALPHA key. The [=] in expressions is different from the general = sign at the bottom of the keypad.
Do you want to change from graphing functions to inequalities or the opposite? A complete sentence would help. I am going to assume that you want to graph y=f(x) functions, but when you opened the Y= editor, you found unusual symbols. If the is the case, then you must have run the Inequalz Application. It stays in memory and takes over the graphing from the native OS. Inequalz must be unloaded from memory to return control to the native OS. Here is how to do it.
Press the [APPS] key.
In the list of Apps find Inequalz.
Type the number in the list that corresponds to Inequalz and
press ENTER
The new screen displays INEQUAL RUNNING and 3 choices
1:Continue
2:Quit Inequal
About
Press 2:Quit Inequal to unloade the App from memory. Control will revert to the native OS, and you will be able to draw Y= graphs.
ok bottom left hand side of keyboard there is a key with fn on it hold this down along with other blue keys that have like little suns on them this is your brightness keys
ok, your calculator is running the program Inequalz what you have to do is go into APPS, go to the program Inequalz, and it will give you options. choose the one that says 'Quit Inequal'
