Yamaha is proprietary and you will not be able to locate one. You have to get Yamaha to service it.

Anyone knows what could happen or if there is a chance to be repaired?

Hello, Magda -

Only an authorized Yamaha digital piano (Clarinova) service technician can answer your question regarding a chance of repairing your piano.

If you have not already done so, you can locate an authorized service technician here:
https://www.yamaha.com/paragon/servicerlocator/

Best wishes.

I asked for help on a Yamaha keyboard. The solution was posted on an e-mail address that is not accessible. What do I do to either get my solution or get my money back

I don't know what the original problem was but here is your service manual:

Scroll down to "get manual" and click on it to download a PDF file of the service manual.

Ignore other download links for viewers etc... If you have trouble, contact me at fredy2 at aol.com with YPG in the subject line.

Hello, i spilt some smoothie on my Yamaha YPG-625s keys. The keys sound better now but i just want to properly clean the inside. How can i do this?

It is a lot of work to open and access the key contacts. Here is your service manual:

Scroll down to "get manual" and click on it to download. Ignore other download links on the page as they are for viewers and other software.

Hi, I am undecided about which digital piano to buy: Yamaha Arius 141 or Roland F110? help appreciated, thanks, karol.

I have two Yamaha's and I will say they are maintainable. Almost ALL the weighted piano key models use a keyboard made by one company as I understand it. I can easily get service manuals for the Yamaha, not quite as easy for the Roland... same goes for repair parts. Your decision... listen to each and decide. Hint: Use a set of headphones to do the compparision rather than internal speakers as the orientation in a music store can drastically change the sound.

Is there a Yamaha school of instrument repair? Pianos, Keyboards and Organs

Yamaha prefers to MAKE the instruments rather than conducting repair schools... they may have some very specialized schools for individual types when first introduced. With the situation in Japan right now such classes would be cancelled I am sure. Instrument repair is so specialized other than basic piano repair/tuning that you will find few if any courses. For piano repair you might want to search YouTube for videos. For organs and keyboards, detailed electronic knowledge and the service manuals are what we have to work with. You need both experience in digital and analog plus test equipment including oscilloscopes and signal generators as a start.
